50% of class fee will be assessed if student cancels within 14 calendar days prior to start of class. A full IEC credit can be requested towards your next course. If a student is requesting a full refund prior to 15 days of the class, a 5% processing fee will be assessed to cover our credit card processing fees.

Industrial Emergency Council will make an effort to minimize any course cancellations, however, we reserve the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment.   

Student will receive a full refund for a cancellation by IEC.
